We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dynamic **Project Manager** to join our team in the **medical device industry** . This role offers a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive strategic project execution, and collaborate closely with senior leadership across the Global Supply Chain (GSC) and RAQA organizations.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering results on time and within scope. You will play a pivotal role with high visibility to the GSC RAQA leadership teams in coordinating activities across multiple businesses, supporting the creation of dashboards for various levels of management, and becoming the go-to expert for the Planview project management software. You will also manage the PMO SharePoint site, support project managers, and work with a proactive and can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
+ **Project & Portfolio Management**
+ Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
+ Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
+ Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
+ Work closely with project managers across the businesses to support project planning, execution, and tracking.
+ **Strategic PMO Support**
+ Partner with PMO leadership to align project objectives with organizational strategy.
+ Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and best practices.
+ **Executive Dashboards & Reporting**
+ Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports to communicate project status, KPIs, and portfolio health.
+ Leverage data visualization tools to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
+ **Planview Expertise**
+ Act as the subject matter expert and administrator for Planview project management software.
+ Provide training, support, and guidance to project teams on Planview usage and reporting.
+ **SharePoint & Knowledge Management**
+ Oversee the PMO SharePoint site, ensuring it is structured, current, and a central hub for project documentation and collaboration.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement & Communication**
+ Facilitate regular leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability.
+ Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives across global locations.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Foster strong relationships with internal teams across engineering, supply chain, regulatory, and quality functions.
+ Drive alignment and collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.
Requirements
+ **Education** : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
+ **Experience** : 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in the **medical device or regulated industry** .
+ **Tools** : Proficiency in SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge/experience with Planview is a plus.
+ **Skills** :
+ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ **Certifications** : PMP or equivalent certification is **preferred** .
+ **Location:** This is an on-site role with the expectation to work closely with the leadership teams.
+ **Attitude** : Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $77,900 to $121,800 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
