As an Associate Manager, Culture & Future of Work Research and Events, you will help shape a high-impact, inclusive culture that supports scientific excellence and business innovation in a rapidly evolving biotech landscape. You will lead initiatives that explore how our people experience belonging, growth, and purpose—and turn those insights into experiences, events, and strategies that inspire and activate. This role blends research, storytelling, and event design to help us future-proof our culture and amplify the employee voice.

     

    _This role will require 4 days per week onsite at our Corporate HQ Campus in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This is not available as a fully remote / hybrid work._

     

    A typical day may include:

    Culture & Future of Work Research

    + Investigate internal and external trends shaping the future of work in the biotech and life sciences sector (e.g., AI in R&D, hybrid lab/office models, cross-disciplinary collaboration).

    + Analyze data on engagement, inclusion, and employee experience to uncover actionable insights.

    + Partner with HR, DEI, and Scientific Leadership to align people-centric strategies with our mission and scientific goals.

    Storytelling & Organizational Insights

    + Capture and share stories that reflect the lived experiences of our scientists, engineers, and business teams.

    + Translate complex organizational research into accessible content for internal leaders and teams.

    + Contribute to executive communications and strategic presentations on culture, engagement, and the evolving nature of work.

    Experiential Learning & Events

    + Design and lead inclusion labs, learning forums, speaker series, and interactive workshops to build community and inspire cultural curiosity.

    + Collaborate with internal scientists and external thought leaders to explore topics like inclusive innovation, team belonging, and the future biotech workplace.

    + Coordinate event logistics, communications, and impact evaluation to ensure high engagement and learning retention.

    This role may be right for you if you have:

    + Strong research and synthesis capabilities with an ability to distill insights from qualitative and quantitative sources.

    + Experience creating and facilitating events, workshops, or learning experiences.

    + Excellent storytelling and written communication skills, especially for scientific and technical audiences.

    + Genuine interest in biotech, science, and how inclusive cultures fuel innovation.

    + Knowledge of organizational psychology, sociology of work, or change management in scientific organizations.

    + Familiarity with lab-based environments and hybrid work models in R&D settings.

    + Experience with tools for employee listening, knowledge-sharing, or digital collaboration.

     

    To be considered for this role you must possess a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or related areas with** **6-8 years of relevant experience in organizational culture, HR, Culture, employee experience, and technology (AI) or related areas—preferably in a science-driven or regulated industry.

    Salary Range (annually)

     

    $96,700.00 - $157,700.00
