    Description

    We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our IT team and support the day-to-day operations of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience managing both on-premises and cloud-based environments, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to system performance, security, and automation.

     

    + Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.

    + Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

    + Maintain and secure Azure Active Directory and manage user provisioning, group policies, and access control.

    + Leverage Endpoint Manager (Intune) to enforce device compliance and deploy company policies across Windows/macOS devices.

    + Use scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine system administration tasks.

    + Support virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, including provisioning and maintaining virtual machines.

    + Assist in maintaining cloud environments (e.g., AWS EC2, Azure) and scaling infrastructure as needed.

    + Monitor system health, conduct routine maintenance, and respond to alerts or incidents promptly.

    + Work cross-functionally with helpdesk, network, and security teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

    + Ensure documentation of processes, configurations, and incidents is accurate and up to date.

    Requirements

    + 3–5+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role.

    + Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services.

    + Experience with Azure AD, Intune, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

    + Familiarity with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V) and system monitoring tools.

    + Proficiency in PowerShell or Python scripting.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
