    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This position requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + General Accounting Support: Maintain accurate financial records, ensure proper documentation, and reconcile accounts

    + Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoicing, payment processing, and vendor/client communications with precision

    + Financial Reporting: Prepare and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

    + Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in line with accounting standards

    + Data Analysis and ERP Use: Utilize ERP software systems to streamline operations and analyze financial data effectively

    + Team Collaboration: Work with senior accountants, payroll specialists, and other team members on reporting and operational projects

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

    + 1-3 years of relevant work experience; entry-level candidates may be considered with strong internship experience or certifications

    + Proficiency in Excel and ERP software.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Prior experience with compliance reporting and financial analysis is a plus

    + CPA-eligible or working toward certification preferred
