    Robert Half Lexington is seeking several detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Reservation Specialists to join a team for a large company based in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience by managing their reservations and addressing their needs promptly. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel in communication, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service, this role is for you. The shifts/schedules available are all 2nd shift hours with various days of the week schedules available. MUST be able to work Mon-Fri 8-5p for the first 2 weeks for training class without exception and then transition to a 2nd shift schedule hired for! This position is fully on site/in office in Lexington, KY.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.

    + Process client requests efficiently and accurately while maintaining compliance with company service level agreements.

    + Enter data into the reservation system with precision and attention to detail.

    + Effectively communicate and resolve client needs, using proper grammar and professional language.

    + Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and exceed their expectations.

    + Leverage knowledge of the hotel industry and regional markets to recommend accommodations that align with client and business goals.

    + Manage client deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.

    + Collaborate with Account Management and Hotel Network Management teams to align client preferences with available services.

    + Adjust reservations as needed, including processing extensions, early departures, or other changes, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout these adjustments.

    + Optimize call management by efficiently balancing inbound and outbound communications.

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Preferred: At least one year of experience in a call center or data entry role.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Previous experience in hospitality or customer service environments is a plus.

    + Must be extremely detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

    + Advanced computer skills, with the ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems effectively.

    + Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

    + Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, ever-changing circumstances.

    + Demonstrated qualities of initiative, responsibility, punctuality, persistence, and ownership.

    + Flexibility with work hours is required to fulfill scheduling needs.
