Description
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Full-Time Engagement Professional (FTEP) to join Robert Half and support our client on a long-term engagement. The role involves managing key operational, financial, and compliance tasks within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in billing, accounts receivable, job setup, payroll coordination, tax filing, and business licensing, with a particular focus on service billing accuracy. This position offers the unique opportunity to deploy your expertise on critical projects while enjoying the continuity and growth-oriented structure of a full-time engagement.
Monthly Billing
Lien Release Management:
Job Setup and Documentation:
Pre-Lien Filings
Service Billing Oversight
Payments and Accounts Receivable Reconciliation
Certified Payroll Coordination
Tax Compliance and Month-End Duties
Business Licensing Compliance
Requirements
Strong understanding of lien release processes, pre-lien notices, and accounts receivable management best practices.
Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when reviewing service billings and reconciling financial accounts.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools to support data tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
