    What´s the role?

     

    As a Digital Manager, Lower Funnel, you will drive customer conversion and revenue generation. In this role you’ll focus on optimizing and implementing strategies to convert leads into loyal customers through digital channels, such as web & mobile app promotions, checkout optimization and targeted offers. You will also have a deep understanding of customer behavior, a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You’ll lead all aspects of the execution of lower funnel initiatives that enhance customer journey and improve lifetime value.

     

    How can you add value?

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    + Develop and implement lower-funnel strategies to drive conversions and increase customer lifetime value (LTV) using email, retargeting, SMS, push notifications, and personalized offers.

    + Identify and address conversion bottlenecks with A/B testing, landing page optimization, personalized messaging, and user experience enhancements to boost CRO.

    + Design and deploy targeted offers and incentives for customer acquisition, aligning with product and pricing goals.

    + Create and manage campaigns to grow upselling and cross-selling opportunities through personalized offers and product recommendations.

    + Implement multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, web, mobile apps) to improve lower-funnel conversions.

    + Analyze and optimize lower-funnel campaign performance, reporting on key metrics like conversion rates, return on investment, and CAC.

    + Use data and segmentation tools to tailor marketing efforts to key customer segments' behaviors and needs.

    + Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other teams to align messaging, promotions, and support, enhancing customer experience and driving conversions.

    + Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America's policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.

    + Other functions may be assigned.

     

    What do you need?

    Education and/or Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, digital media or related field.

     

    5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in lower-funnel strategies, customer conversion, or e-commerce, ideally in the B2C or mobile/telecom space.

    Other Qualifications:

    + Fully bilingual (Spanish and English) with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to encourage peers to achieve goals.

    + Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel analysis, and improving customer acquisition, with expertise in digital marketing channels, particularly lower-funnel tactics (e.g., email marketing, push notifications, retargeting, SMS, mobile apps).

    + Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and other data analysis platforms to drive decisions, along with A/B testing, performance optimization, and campaign management experience.

    + Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

    + Knowledge of mobile-first strategies and optimizing the customer journey on mobile platforms, highly data-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement, proactive and results oriented in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
