Duties/Responsibilities:

+ Serve as a helper on the line, under the direction of Chem. Tech. II, III, Process Technologist, and/or Supervision/Management.

+ Rock, wash, and run parts as directed.

+ Conduct inspections of parts before, during, and after chemical processing to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

+ Verify chemical bath concentrations and ensure they are within acceptable limits.

+ Monitor processing equipment and report any irregularities or malfunctions to supervisors.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Introductory Safety Training on the following:

+ HAZCOM (ann. renewal)

+ HAZWOPER Operator Level

+ Hazard Specific Communication

+ Manual Material Handling

+ Training to operate SST line

+ Training to manage waste treatment

+ HAZWOPER Technician Level

+ LOTO - Affected Employees

+ Machine guarding and tool safety

+ Fire Prevention Awareness

+ Emergency First Aid and CPR

+ Training to operate AI line

Education and Experience:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

+ Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

+ Ability to wear PPE as required.
