This position uses analytical, quantitative and qualitative methods to report, educate, standardize and enhance supply chain processes. Extracts and analyzes data, identifies issues and opportunities, and creates and presents recommendations to supply chain staff, internal leadership, and external suppliers. Supports supply chain initiatives. Measures, documents, analyzes, and defines enterprise-wide supply chain business processes and workflows. Supports all divisions of Supply Chain, including Inventory, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Receiving & Distribution, Sourcing & Contracts and Value Analysis.
This role is an in-office position.
Coordinates resolution to Supply Chain-related questions and issues:
+ Directs questions to the appropriate division of Supply Chain to resolve inquiries.
+ Facilitates technical issues with Information Systems and communicates the root cause when resolved, as well as recommend any changes or improvements to avoid further disruption.

Report generation and ERP data management:
+ Creates on-demand reports to support Supply Chain needs.
+ Generates periodic reports as needed for the organization.
+ Maintains and upholds the standards put forth by the Data Integrity team.
+ Supports Workday as an ERP system. Provides monthly education sessions for new and existing users. Maintains system documentation. Liaison for system performance including system maintenance coordination, upgrades, troubleshooting, training and testing. Recall management system: Provides user training and education; maintains system documentation. Liaison for system performance including system maintenance coordination, upgrades, troubleshooting and testing.
+ Supports other Supply Chain-related systems.as needed and/or requested.
+ Acts as a liaison between Supply Chain and Information systems to coordinate changes, issues and any other communication relevant to operations.
Project management:
+ Responsible for execution of small to medium sized supply chain projects and enhancements supporting supply chain and support service departments.
+ Performs specific work relevant to assigned service area that meets/exceeds customer expectations.
+ Prepares, distributes, presents and describes status and analytic reports for assigned projects.
+ Assists Value Analysis teams in acting as a supply chain and project management resource for product trials, introductions, and communicating change events
Data analytics:
+ Accurately collects and researches data from applications and software used in Supply Chain tools and software provided.
+ Monitors own work to ensure accuracy and quality.
+ Compiles and analyzes data to identify opportunities for improved standardization and process improvement. Assists Supply Chain staff with identifying benchmarks and baseline information needed to measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Assists Supply Chain staff in preparing presentations, narratives, and discussion documents for all internal and external partners.
Qualifications
+ Minimum 3 – 5 years of business, finance, or management analyst experience.
+ Prior experience performing complex data analysis with experience creating data models to support business decisions.
+ Prefer 3+ years project management experience.
+ Prefer 1 – 3 years previous experience using Lean and/or Six Sigma structured business process improvement.
+ Prior experience creating data models to support business decisions.
+ Prior experience with Lawson, McKesson or Meditech preferred.
