    Job Title: Production Worker

    Job Description

    As a Production Worker, you will be an integral part of the dipping line operations. Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring the smooth movement of products along the line, which are hung on machines and subsequently dipped to continue their journey through the production process.

    Responsibilities

    + Move products down the dipping line efficiently.

    + Ensure products are properly hung on the machines.

    + Monitor the dipping process and ensure product quality.

    Essential Skills

    + 6+ months of production experience.

    + Ability to stand for 8 hours.

    + Capability to lift, move, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in general labor, assembly, and packaging.

    + Understanding of general production processes.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment includes areas that are climate-controlled and others that are not. Currently, the position requires working the 3rd shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6:15am.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belleville, Illinois.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
