    Job Title: Technical Support SpecialistJob Description

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist with extensive experience in Microsoft Office 2007, XP, and 2003. The ideal candidate will have experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project, and PowerPoint.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide technical support and customer support to ensure timely resolution of issues.

    + Perform troubleshooting and test procedures to diagnose problems.

    + Review and document issues, maintaining accurate and detailed records.

    + Support sales teams with technical inquiries and data entry tasks.

    + Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project, PowerPoint).

    + Strong technical support and customer service skills.

    + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

    + Excellent documentation and data entry skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in documentation review and document control.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $44.00/hr.
