A well-established construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will bring 10–15+ years of experience in residential, multi-family, retail, or hospitality construction management. This individual will be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication, ensuring each project meets the highest standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
+ Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
+ Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
+ Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
+ Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
+ Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
+ Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
+ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
+ Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
+ Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
+ Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among all project team members.
+ Oversee financial monitoring and settlement of projects.
+ Supervise executive and subcontractor teams, ensuring qualifications and productivity.
+ Manage work planning and coordination to align with quality and schedule expectations.
+ Serve as the key point of contact with clients during construction.
Essential Skills
+ Expertise in project control, cost control, and construction management.
+ Strong capabilities in preconstruction, project scheduling, and site development.
+ Experience with estimation, design, and general contracting.
+ Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and take-offs.
+ Familiarity with managing mid-sized teams and subcontractors.
+ Clear communication and leadership abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
+ 10–15+ years of experience in construction and project management.
+ Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Newpoint, and MS Project.
+ Hands-on experience with residential, multi-family, retail, and hospitality construction projects.
Work Environment
The role is based in an office setting with an assigned desk. Standard work hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of overtime. Weekly hours may average around 50 hours.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
