Pro-Spec Painting Corporation is hiring a full-time Painter with experience in both residential and light commercial work, including lead-safe practices. This is a hands-on role for a skilled professional who is responsible, dependable, and committed to high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

+ Perform interior and exterior painting projects in residential and light commercial settings

+ Use of manual and spray application methods

+ Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization

+ Follow lead-safe work practices as required

+ Manage your own tools, equipment, and time effectively

Requirements:

+ Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience

+ Experience with residential and light commercial repaint and new work

+ Familiarity with lead-safe work practices

+ Able to work independently and stay productive without supervision

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

+ Must provide past employer references

Compensation & Benefits

$20.00 – $26.00 per hour based on experience
