    How You'll Create Possibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Be the go-to expert for all technical aspects of your assigned area, providing leadership, program management, and strategic direction.

    + Develop and refine preventive maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, including PLCs, ladder logic programming, vision systems, and variable frequency drives.

    + Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize spare parts usage.

    + Design, install, test, and monitor automation systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

    + Train and support teams in adapting to new systems and technologies.

    + Uphold safety protocols and drive 5S standards for operational excellence.

     

    What You'll Bring to Our Team

    Required Skills:

    + Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.

    + 5+ years of maintenance/facilities related experience.

    + Expertise in PLC troubleshooting, programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), and robotic systems.

    + Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

    + Proven track record in manufacturing operations and Union trades management.

    + **Ability to manage 24/7 operations, including occasional off-shift and weekend work.**

    Preferred Skills:

    + Advanced knowledge in robotics applications, motion planning, and offline programming.

    + Background in design, tooling, or new product launches is a plus.
