    CTG (Dallas, TX)


    CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer – ServiceNow opening for our client in Dallas, TX.

     

    **Location:** Dallas, TX (hybrid remote)

    **Duration:** 12 months

    Duties:

    + Perform daily administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

    + Configure and manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions.

    + Develop and implement custom ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet business requirements.

    + Customize forms, lists, reports, and dashboards.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.

    + Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.

    + Plan, test, and execute system upgrades and patches.

    + Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation.

    + Ensure platform compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

    + Support modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

    + Apply ITIL practices to optimize ServiceNow processes and workflows.

    Skills:

    + Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and related scripting languages.

    + Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.

    + Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.

    + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

    + Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.

    + Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.

    + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Experience:

    + 2–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development.

    + Experience working on FedRamp instances and passing relevant background checks is highly preferred.

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

    Certifications:

    + **Required:** ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

    + **Preferred:** ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
