**Superior Completion Services** is excited to be seeking an **Operations Production Supervisor** for our Completion Office in **Houston, TX** .
Are you ready to lead the charge in ensuring top-tier product assembly, service quality, on-time delivery, and impeccable Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across all SCS projects, both domestic and international? As the **Operations Production Supervisor** , you'll be at the helm, setting and maintaining these critical objectives in line with our customers' expectations and corporate goals.
Your role will be dynamic and hands-on, overseeing every facet of product assembly, testing, and service coordination for our global clientele. You'll be the key driver in managing equipment needs and ensuring seamless operations to exceed customer satisfaction.
Beyond production excellence, you'll take pride in maintaining our facility to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace. Your leadership will extend to the Assembly department, where you'll empower and guide our dedicated team of Assemblers, Product Technicians, and contract personnel to achieve operational excellence every day.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Lead and communicate with all personnel to complete jobs. Reviews Work Orders and Pick Tickets to determine the type of job and material requirements. Communicate with Production Planners, International Logistics Manager, and/or operations personnel relative to equipment status.
+ Maintains computer literacy as it relates to materials management. Properly document the assembly and testing of all products.
+ Maintains knowledge of materials used in day-to-day operations.
+ Oversees and maintains assembly areas following Superior procedures. Orders materials as needed by coordinating with management and engineers for specific needs.
+ Participates in and conducts audits to ensure HSE and Standard Practice Compliance. Review minimum-maximum levels quarterly with the manager.
+ Facilitate and/or participate in the daily Start Up meetings and JSA meetings in a professional manner, and regularly communicate our Shared Core Values during these meetings.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ 7 Employees you will directly lead, guide, and support.
+ 5 Employees you indirectly lead, guide, and support.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
+ High school Diploma/GED
+ 8 years in the Oil & Gas industry with assembly & supervisory background and experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
+ Current practices and technology used in the oil and gas industry.
+ Knowledge, competency, and experience in related fields.
+ Knowledge relating to completion services procedures and processes.
+ Current practices, equipment, materials, and supplies used in the completion tools business.
+ Ethical business practices.
+ Budgeting and understanding financial statements.
+ Applicable PPE is required at the job location.
+ Good verbal and written communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
+ Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, internal or external.
+ Operating various office equipment: personal computer, copy machine, fax machine, and telephone system.
+ Monitoring/assessing the performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
+ Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
+ Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
+ Determining necessary resources, time, and materials for a project.
+ Planning and tracking project timelines.
+ Efficiently managing the resources, time, and materials of the division.
+ Forecasting necessary project resources.
