What you´ll do
We are looking for an experienced, business-savvy attorney to join our commercial legal team supporting our fast-paced Adhesive Technologies business. This hybrid (60% office/ 40% home) role is based in Rocky Hill, CT, and is ideal for a proactive legal professional who thrives on variety, autonomy, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide day-to-day legal support to high-value business units and corporate functions
+ Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, marketing, service, equipment and non-disclosure agreements
+ Counsel global business teams through periods of uncertainty, change, or crisis
+ Support M&A activity, antitrust, data privacy, litigation, corporate governance and compliance matters
+ Advise on product regulatory issues (EPA, FDA), advertising and packaging claims
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage outside counsel as needed
+ Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments impacting our business
What makes you a good fit
+ JD or equivalent from accredited US law school; current state bar license to practice law in CT or other state, with ability to obtain CT authorized house counsel license
+ 6+ years of legal experience with preference for in-house roles in manufacturing or industrial tech sectors
+ Deep knowledge of commercial law, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation
+ Strong communicator and trusted advisor with a collaborative, pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
+ High level of integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information
+ Demonstrated engagement, reliability, and a commitment to supporting business success
+ Able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and travel domestically/internationally as needed (limited)

The salary for this role is $195,000.00 - $220,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
