Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist

$28.35 per hour

Do you have strong leadership skills and experience in an Accounts Receivable role and want to be part of a company helping to make a difference in individuals’ lives? In the AR Senior Specialist role, your work to achieve processing objectives while focusing on customer service will make you an important part of our commitment to serve others.

+ Prepare monthly billing for individuals served and assure all tasks are completed for month-end billing

+ Maintain a master list of all billing rates for individuals served to ensure correct billing

+ Research and resolve discrepancies on any billing authorization

+ Produce, distribute, and maintain monthly accounts receivable reports for analysis

+ Participate in user acceptance testing of new processes and IT implementations

+ Maintain an effective control environment for the accounting operations

_Qualifications:_

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

+ 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Healthcare Accounts Receivable, or related field preferred

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task

+ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), great customer service skills, and well-developed problem-solving skills

+ Willingness to foster a culture of continuous improvement
