Bottling Maintenance Scheduler/OEE Administrator

Meaningful Work From Day One:
The Maintenance Scheduler / OEE Administrator will be responsible for the Maintenance Bottling Line schedules, PM schedules, OEE and eMaint administration. This individual will be responsible for generating, distributing and revising the weekly line mechanic schedule to support the production schedule including staffing for call-outs and overtime as needed. This person will be the administrator of our computerized maintenance management system, eMaint, and will be responsible for the Preventative Maintenance Program. Utilizing TrakSys this person will also verify downtime and reason codes to insure accurate reporting of OEE thus allowing for various reporting of downtime in several different formats.
What You Can Expect:
+ Develop Line Mechanic Schedule to fully staff production lines to meet production requirements
+ Develop, revise, publish and post Line Mechanic schedule
+ Revise, fill gaps for coverage for all production lines utilizing department overtime procedures
+ Stay in tune with Production Scheduling on the ever-changing production schedule
+ Partner with Production leadership and revise schedule as needed based on Production’s needs
+ Administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System – eMaint
+ Add new personnel to the system upon hiring
+ Train personnel on proper closing of work order and enter work order data
+ Add new assets for new equipment installations and archive old assets
+ Create reports for work orders, PM’s and inventory as required
+ Creates work orders as needed to document equipment history of repairs/rebuilds
+ Supports the scheduling of 2 major shutdowns per year by coordinating contractors, service technicians and in-house personnel
+ Publish and post weekly Weekend Schedule
+ Support the Bottling Preventative Maintenance Program
+ Insure Preventative Maintenance work orders are generating at the required frequencies and are getting completed by target due dates
+ Revise and update the existing procedures as needed
+ Collaborate with OEM, engineering and maintenance on development of new equipment PM procedures and frequencies and enter in eMaint
+ Schedule PM work according to equipment and labor availability
+ Update and revise PM procedures as the result of RCA for related equipment downtime
+ Print PM WO’s and distribute then collect and close within eMaint
+ Publish and post weekly report for Overdue WO’s and Coming Due WO’s
+ OEE Administration
+ Daily review of the OEE data and line performance insuring accuracy of data
+ Daily review of downtime reason codes for accuracy
+ Generate monthly downtime graphs for reporting
+ Payroll Administration
+ Reconcile weekly timesheets, revise as needed, approve and submit to payroll
+ Assist maintenance technicians with vacation time reporting
+ Administer product promotion, safety shoe allowance and uniform allowance for department
+ Provide reports for Maintenance Manager and Assistant Manager
+ Safety Administration
+ Schedule department personnel and coverage for annual Hearing Tests
+ Schedule department personnel and coverage for annual required training
+ Document Control Administration
+ Keep Bottling Equipment Information up to date with new and obsolete equipment
+ Add new equipment documents to the shared drive and library
+ Remove obsolete equipment documents from shared drive and library
+ Coordinate travel for department
+ Book flights, hotels and vehicles as needed for company travel
+ Inventory Technician Backup and Support
+ Submit requisitions for parts and services within Coupa and/or eMaint
+ Receive parts and services within Coupa and/or eMaint including checking for accuracy and quality
+ Stock items in appropriate location
+ New inventory item setup
+ Cycle counts of inventory
+ Support Staging and Pre-kitting of parts for WO’s
+ Shutdown Administration
+ Maintain Line specific survey forms with required parts
+ Schedule Pre-Shutdown meeting with line mechanics and office personnel
+ Work with leads and line mechanics on work orders with parts required
+ Post shutdown review of work orders and carts
+ Be an active participant in Safety, HK&S, Quality, and Process Improvement initiatives.
+ Performs other duties as assigned with a customer-focused attitude
+ Interface with customers, vendors, and employees at all levels of the organization
+ Communicate and write reports in maintenance terminology
+ Keep detailed records and manipulate data accurately
+ Must be able to work with teammates, take direction from managers, and keep required work schedules
+ General mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment such as motors, pumps, conveying systems and pneumatics
+ Backup for Maintenance Coordinator during vacations, absence, etc.
+ Backup for Maintenance Inventory Technician during vacations, absence, etc.
+ Support department dinners for shutdowns, retirements, celebrations, etc.
**What You Bring to the Table:**
+ 3+ years’ experience with a computerized maintenance management system
+ 3+ years’ experience in an industrial maintenance organization
+ Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets
+ Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
+ Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
+ Must be able to obtain operator’s license and operate a forklift
