Overview
Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join our QuickBooks Online Human Capital Management (HCM) team. This role is integral to our mission of creating innovative solutions that empower small and medium businesses to easily manage their teams and enhance employer-employee engagement.
As a Staff Product Manager, you will be responsible for envisioning, defining, and delivering our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) offering, establishing it as the single source of truth for employee data. This foundational work is crucial to our broader goal of transforming QuickBooks into a comprehensive Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.

What you'll bring
+ 5+ years in product management roles designing and delivering delightful experiences for consumers or small businesses.
+ Experience with Human Capital Management, HR Information Systems, and/or HR Management Systems is required.
+ Prior experience managing or developing integrations of acquired products into existing SaaS platforms is preferred.
+ Excellent storytelling abilities, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and persuade peers and executives to take action.
+ Proven experience in collaborating with engineering and design teams to define, develop, and launch product features.
+ Undergraduate degree in technology, HR or other business disciplines is required (equivalent professional experience will be considered); MBA preferred.
+ Experience applying AI/ML, agentic AI to deliver value for consumers or small businesses is a plus.
How you will lead
+ Define, develop, and drive the product roadmap for a unified HCM experience within QuickBooks by leveraging and integrating GoCo's HRIS functionalities.
+ Conduct research with small business employers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for the combined power of QuickBooks and GoCo within a single solution.
+ Lead the implementation of features by collaborating with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and customer success managers.
+ Conduct experimentation and iterate on these experiences to continuously improve and deliver value for small businesses.
