Key responsibilities include cross-browser testing across multiple operating systems and devices, validating email rendering across various clients and platforms, and ensuring alignment with design comps and copy documents. You’ll check key elements such as links, videos, images, and layouts to confirm everything functions as intended and matches approved specifications.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with QA analysts, project managers, developers, creative teams, and production teams to maintain high standards throughout the execution process. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading blue-chip client while supporting and refining QA best practices in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

+ Validate Against Brand and Accessibility Standards: Review deliverables for consistency with brand guidelines and compliance with WCAG to support accessible and inclusive user experiences.

+ Contribute with Ownership and Initiative: Take responsibility for assigned tasks from start to finish, proactively managing timelines, anticipating quality risks, and contributing to overall team success.

+ Flex Between Roles Based on Project Needs: Serve as a test lead on some projects, coordinating QA efforts and timelines, or operate as an individual contributor, performing high-quality testing within collaborative team environments.

    Qualifications

+ 4+ Years of QA Experience: Proven track record in quality assurance with deep expertise in manual testing across digital marketing and web development workflows. Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end testing efforts, from planning through post-release validation.

+ Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience testing responsive designs across a variety of browsers, devices, and operating systems. Skilled in macOS environments, including command-line operations via the UNIX terminal. Experience mentoring junior QA engineers and contributing to cross-functional quality initiatives.

+ Strategic Understanding of the SDLC: Strong grasp of the full Software Development Life Cycle, with the ability to advocate for QA involvement at key stages. Supports process improvements and contributes to cross-functional discussions about release readiness and quality standards.

+ Advanced Tool Proficiency: Extensive experience with JIRA for test and defect management, and working knowledge of tools like Charles Proxy. Able to recommend and adopt new tools to enhance team efficiency and test coverage.

+ Accessibility Standards Compliance: Familiar with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and accessibility best practices. Capable of identifying accessibility issues and collaborating with design and development teams to ensure inclusive experiences for users with visual, auditory, and mobility impairments.

+ Design and UX Fluency: Highly skilled in validating builds against design specifications and copy documentation. Comfortable working with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Sketch to ensure both visual and functional accuracy. Ability to compare deliverables against design comps and copy docs; familiarity with web design software (e.g., Photoshop, Sketch).

+ Effective Communication & Team Collaboration: Experienced in coordinating QA efforts across design and development teams. Strong written and verbal communicator known for thorough documentation, clear risk articulation, and timely delivery.

+ Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Takes initiative in shaping testing strategies, identifying process improvements, and ensuring quality goals align with business objectives.
