Manager, Program Management – Walmart Fulfillment Services
Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is seeking a seasoned program management professional to own organizational engagement programs and business process management to drive team productivity and high levels of associate satisfaction. This is a highly visible role and requires someone who is able to set the tone for the overall WFS associate experience.
The Manager, Program Management – Walmart Fulfillment Services is responsible for associate onboarding, associate engagement, and organizational health programs within the WFS team. This position will collaborate with teams across WFS and Walmart Marketplace to positively influence the associate experience.
The ideal candidate fosters a work culture that drives operational excellence and continuous improvement, while empowering associates to thrive both personally and professionally, creating an environment where teamwork, innovation, and productivity are consistently encouraged and celebrated.
What you’ll do:
+ Manage culture and engagement across WFS, recognizing that a positive and engaged workforce is crucial for achieving our goals. This work supports new associate onboarding as well as the engagement of tenured associates.
+ Develop, maintain and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that ensure new associates are effectively integrated into the organization, while also designing and managing engagement initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment.
+ Maintain the rhythm of business by ensuring consistent operational processes and developing and executing business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure seamless operations during disruptions.
+ Drive processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and compliance by establishing timelines, workflows, and requirements. Determine and develop additional materials, tools, or trainings that are needed to enable program progress.
+ Maintain a high level of organization by effectively managing multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing workload, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables to support overall team and business objectives.
+ Facilitate clear and effective communication across teams by ensuring information is accurately conveyed, fostering open dialogue, and promoting collaboration to achieve common goals and drive organizational success.
+ Utilize strong analytical skills to identify gaps in processes, systems, and performance, and develop actionable plans to address these gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848/Sunnyvale, California US-11349:The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
