Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance efforts for our Electronic Monitoring business and to support Corporate Finance. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business planning and support growth initiatives through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate brings deep financial expertise, strong business acumen, and experience supporting budget planning, RFP pricing and customer-level analytics.
Duties/Responsibilities:
+ Lead analysis of business problems, working closely with COO of the Electronic Monitoring business as well as Finance leadership
+ Support the development and execution of the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
+ Provide financial support and strategy for RFP and customer pricing, including margin analysis, and custom financial models for prospective clients.
+ Partner with Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams to evaluate customer-level profitability, lifetime value (LTV), churn, and revenue trends.
+ Design and maintain financial models that support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and resource allocation.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance FP&A efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Drive monthly and quarterly reporting on company performance, highlighting variances and key drivers across business units and customer segments.
+ Develop dashboards and tools to track KPIs at both the company and customer levels.
+ Identify opportunities for cost optimization, margin improvement, and process efficiency.
Skills/Abilities:
+ Proven experience supporting RFPs and building pricing models in a B2B or service-driven environment.
+ Strong track record in customer-level analytics, cohort analysis, and unit economics.
+ Able to independently lead data analysis to assess complex business problems.
+ Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Planful, Anaplan, NetSuite).
+ Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
+ 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting
