The Opportunity
The **Accounts Payable GRIR Analyst** will support the Americas Procure-to-Pay hub, acting as a critical bridge between US Corporate Finance Services PTP, company divisions, business partners, and shared services providers. The Analyst will primarily perform goods receipt and invoice receipt (GR/IR) reviews, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations, invoice processing, service acknowledgments, and goods receipts. They will also play a vital role in accounts payable improvements, compliance initiatives, audit requests, and plant closure unwind processes, contributing to operational efficiency and financial integrity.

What You’ll Work On
• **Collaborate:** Serve as a liaison between US CFS PTP, company divisions, business partners, and shared services teams, driving best practices in accounts payable. Collaborate with our offshore team in identifying gaps in processes and knowledge.
• **Reconcile:** Perform GR/IR reconciliations, review invoices, service acknowledgments, goods receipts, and resolve discrepancies related to payables and vendor payments.
• **Train:** Provide hands-on training to shared services colleagues and business partners on accounts payable policies, GR/IR processes, and SAP ERP functionalities.
• **Analyze:** Prepare detailed GR/IR and accounts payable reconciliations, work in concert with our offshore team to investigate aged payables, navigate SAP and Legacy ERPs, and leverage data analytics for financial reporting.
• **Support:** Assist with plant closure unwind processes, vendor payment reconciliations, and the optimization of accounts payable workflows. Complete and generate audit responses relating to external and internal audit requests, SOX, tax requests and other ad hoc related requests.
• **Communicate:** Partner closely with business leaders, FP&A, procurement teams, and Americas hub members to improve invoice processing, GR/IR alignment, and overall accounts payable efficiency.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP, with experience in AP reconciliations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analytics).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in financial reporting and vendor interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in an audit or compliance-focused role.
• Familiarity with automated AP processes and digital invoice management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.

The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 – $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
