Leidos’ **Defense Systems Land Systems Business Area** is seeking a talented **CUAS Engineering Technologist** to join our growing Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS) team in Lawton, Oklahoma. This role will lead multiple software engineering teams that are working to build a CUAS command and control (C2) system.

**** **Primary Responsibilitie** s
+ Data Analysis-Understanding the collection, processing, and evaluation of data to generate actionable insights
+ Data Collection MethodsGathering and organizing relevant information to inform decision-making processes
+ Document ManagementOrganizing, storing, and retrieving documents and records to support business operations and compliance requirements.
+ Engineering SupportProviding assistance and expertise to technical teams and personnel in the development, implementation, and maintenance of projects or systems.
+ Quality Control (QC)Monitoring and inspecting products, processes, or services to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
+ Report WritingCreating clear, concise, and informative reports to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
+ Testing OperationsConducting assessments and evaluations of products, systems, or processes to verify performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
+ TroubleshootingIdentifying and resolving technical issues that arise within a complex system or network infrastructure.
Basic Qualifications
+ High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years of relevant experience related to software development and military C2 systems
+ Ability to travel up to 10% including the potential for OCONUS travel.
+ Ability to review requirements, comprehend need, and solution capabilities that satisfy customer requirements.
+ Ability to work in a highly collaborative, forward thinking, and innovation-driven environment.
+ Experience with simulations and radar or other sensor systems
+ Must possess or be able to obtain an maintain a DoD Secret clearance
+ Must be a US Citizen and a resident of theLawton, Oklahoma area or willing to relocate

•• Hands on experience with integrated air and missile defense or counter-air C2 systems
•• Previous people leadership and mentoring experience

Pay Range:
Pay Range $67,600.00 - $122,200.00
