    Senior Field Service Technician

     

    The Senior Field Service Technician is responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites safely and efficiently. The role involves proactive system troubleshooting, working with mechanical and electrical equipment, conducting preventative maintenance and inventory management, as well as identifying and rectifying safety issues with both company and customer-owned equipment. The technician will interface directly with customers and may be required to serve multiple systems, locations, and customers.

    + Operate effectively within a team environment.

    + Work independently, often with minimal supervision.

    Qualifications:

    + Mechanical Experience (Preferred)

    + Plumbing Experience (Preferred)

    + Water Treatment Experience – specifically industrial water treatment, handling chemicals, and field service experience (Preferred)

    + Electrical Experience (Preferred)

    + Ability to obtain and maintain driving clearance to operate a company vehicle

    Driving Requirements:

    + Ability to obtain and maintain driving clearance to operate a company vehicle

    + Completion of Driver Application for Employment

    + Obtain a valid Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

    Education & Experience Requirements:

    + HS diploma or equivalent required

    + Industry-specific license(s) preferred

    + Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)

    + Clean driving record

    + 2 to 5 years of technical work experience, including industrial or commercial process water experience preferred

    Skill Requirements:

    + Capable of working without direct supervision

    + Technically sound with troubleshooting abilities

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office and smart devices

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Ability to synthesize technical information and communicate it clearly

    + Uses customer experience insights to achieve effective solutions and outcomes

    Salary range:

    $46,200.00 - $73,900.00
