Job Description:

As the **Sr. Financial Analyst,** you will support the North American commercial operations for Kerr and Metrex. Responsibilities include actual reporting, forecasting, the annual budgeting process as well as financial submissions to Envista. This role will support commercial activities through analysis of revenue, customer chargebacks, margin and operating expenses. This position will require someone in office 3 days per week (Brea, CA)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Lead the month end closing and financial reporting process for net sales, margin and operating expenses.

+ Recommend, implement, and measure performance against benchmarks for financial and operating performance.

+ Support creation and updating of quarterly forecasts and annual operating budget.

+ Develop and maintain customer chargeback data and resulting accruals.

+ Development of operational procedures and documentation of data flow. Ensure data integrity through system controls.

+ Assist in margin analysis and price performance calculations.

+ Assist in or lead special projects as necessary.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus

+ 5+ years of experience in financial analysis

+ Previous experience with large, automated accounting and reporting systems, including data extraction and report compilation; Oracle and HFM preferred

+ Advanced MS Excel proficiency; Tableau a plus

+ Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work assignments and works with sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

+ Must be detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks / projects with strong analytical / problem solving skills.

+ Results oriented with focus on achieving overall business objectives

+ Change management oriented (embrace challenges)

+ Strong presentation, communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills

+ Strong financial acumen (P&L and Balance Sheet)

+ Strong communication skills with ability to present analysis and findings in both verbal and written formats to all levels of management

+ Adaptable with strong ability to meet deadlines

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
