Foundation President, Winter Haven Hospital Summary:

+ Maximize the Foundation’s philanthropic potential for the benefit of the hospital. Responsible for foundation and staff management, Board relations, setting and meeting fundraising goals and related donor relationships and stewardship and grant making.

+ Through strategic leadership and practical experience, plan, implement and evaluate initiatives to support Foundation and Hospital alignment of priorities, manage and safeguard Foundation assets, cultivate internal and external stakeholders and maximize resource development activities.

+ Maintain a personal portfolio of leadership donors and prospects.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

+ Required Education includes Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management or Related Field;

+ Preferred Education is Master's degree.

+ Preferred CFRE - Certified Fund-Raising Executive

Experience:

+ Required Experience includes 10 years management in Nonprofit/Fundraising;

+ Preferred Experience includes 15 years Nonprofit Management/Fundraising.
