    Job Summary

    The Program Manager will lead multiple strategic initiatives, establishing KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational management. The Program Manager is part of Funding & Community Strategy within Government and Education Affairs. The Program Manager is a subject matter expert in grants, federal funding mechanisms, and USAC-administered programs (ECF, E-rate, Rural Healthcare, Cybersecurity Pilot) and is dedicated to assisting customers in identifying funding for their technology projects.

    Role Description

    • Lead multiple strategic initiatives, establishing KPIs/OKRs and performance metrics.

    • Implement continuous improvement processes, including performance measurement, process analysis, improvement planning, and change management.

    • Use data analysis to establish metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.

    • Coordinate and track the progress of programs and projects, evaluating overall success.

    • Develop, refine, document, and streamline processes, workflows, and standard procedures.

    • Serve as a project representative for onboarding and other departmental shifts.

    • Provide ongoing operational management and support for strategic programs.

    • Communicate program expectations to resources and stakeholders clearly and timely.

    • Partner with HR and TA teams to understand local processes and ensure successful execution.

    • Explore new strategic opportunities by analyzing gaps and creating processes to address challenges.

    Other Requirements

    • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required

    • 3+ years of experience working with senior leadership teams and executives required

    • 3+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or a related field preferred

     

    The estimated annual pay range for this position is $65,000 - $100,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
