Production Line Worker
**General Summary** :
+ Perform various manual tasks involved in the preparation, processing, packaging, and inspection of products.
+ Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
**Qualifications** :
+ Strong work ethic and reliability.
+ **Experience working in production or manufacturing or heavy lifting jobs**
+ Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
+ Basic communication skills and self-motivation.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
**Essential Functions** :
+ Handle raw meat materials and perform tasks such as defrosting, hooking, hanging, racking, cutting, stuffing, weighing, scaling, labeling, boxing, and palletizing.
+ Move products between different temperature areas using carts or racks.
+ Inspect product for quality and consistency.
+ Report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
+ Record production data, such as product counts and weights.
+ Additional duties as assigned.
**Physical Requirements** :
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
+ Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
+ Comfortable working in various temperatures.
**Pay Range** : $18.00 and paid weekly
Schedules: We have 2 shift open
Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or 3:00pm-11:30pm
