Manpower is hiring for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk! If you have experience in ensuring prompt/accurate shipment of products and verifying incoming shipments to ensure total customer satisfaction, Manpower may have the perfect opportunity for you.

What’s in it for you:

+ Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

+ Irvine, CA

+ Pay Rate: $20/hr.

What you will be doing in the role:

+ Preparing picking list for material handlers to perform physical picking and packing.

+ Wrapping packages for shipment and attaching picklist with weights and dimensions.

+ Coordinating with forwarder in shipment pick up if necessary

+ Performing invoice posting in system for shipment.

+ Assisting in warehouse maintenance including picking, labeling, kitting, organizing/cleaning, cycle counting and movement of materials.

+ Prioritizing and organizing orders to be shipped according to ship dates.

+ Adhering to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

+ Good organizational and communication skills

+ Basic computer skills

+ Data entry experience

+ Attention to detail

+ Must have good or corrected eyesight to ensure quality of work

+ Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis

+ Ability to learn quickly, works reliably and accurately, and performs well as a member of the Production Control team

Education/Experience

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 2-5 years warehouse operations experience
