Open Position: Part-Time Server

Available Shifts: 11AM - 6:30PM | Days Flexible!

• What You’ll Do:

+ Server resident meals with a smile

+ Build relationships and friendships with our residents

+ Be a reliable and cheerful presence in the dining room

• Bonus if you have:

+ Previous Server Experience but willing to train!

+ Previous Assisted Living or Memory Care experience

+ A team-player attitude and a passion for senior care

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Areas of Responsibility

+ Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.

+ Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.

+ Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.

+ Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.

+ Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.

+ Label and date all food.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

+ Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.

+ Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.

+ Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.

+ The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Food serving experience preferred.
