AWS is seeking an exceptional developer to work on the challenging problem of accelerating our customer's journey from on-premises computing to running their businesses on AWS.
As a software developer, you will be part of a team that designs and builds an agentic solution that helps large enterprise companies migrate their computing to AWS. Delivering a reliable and high-performance service at AWS scale requires engineers with extraordinary technical expertise and boundless creativity. Key job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate new highly-scalable software services
- Solve complex problems with a diverse team of engineers
- Mentor and grow junior engineers
- Contribute to a fun, inclusive team culture
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
