    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to manage and oversee contract processes in a dynamic environment. This role involves working closely with sales teams, reviewing legal language, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in contract creation and auditing, contributing to the smooth execution of agreements. This is 10% onsite located in Vero Beach, Florida.     Responsibilities:

    • Draft and review contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

    • Collaborate with sales teams to analyze and revise contract terms and legal language.

    • Monitor contract amendments and ensure timely updates.

    • Conduct audits to verify adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

    • Ensure compliance with DCAA regulations and construction standards.

    • Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to contract execution.

    • Maintain organized records of contracts and amendments for auditing purposes.

    • Support the implementation of CRM systems for contract tracking and management.

     

    Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.

     

    • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Costpoint, and CRM systems.

    • Strong knowledge of DCAA regulations and compliance standards.

    • Experience with contract auditing and billing processes.

    • Familiarity with Deltek software and construction-related contracts.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and other stakeholders.

    • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is preferred but not mandatory.
