Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual HR Assistant to join our team in Portage, Wisconsin. This is a Contract position that requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently support human resources operations, including administrative tasks, recruitment, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between HR functions and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative duties such as maintaining employee records and preparing HR-related documents.

• Assist in recruitment efforts, including pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.

• Facilitate onboarding processes by preparing necessary paperwork and guiding new team members through orientation.

• Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with company policies during recruitment.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes, including pre-screening and interviewing.

• Familiarity with auditing HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Excellent bilingual communication skills to support diverse employee needs.

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience coordinating onboarding processes and new employee orientations.
