Description We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our team in Crystal Lake, Illinois. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting a wide range of technologies. Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and related technologies to ensure seamless network operations.

• Manage and secure firewall systems to protect the organization's IT infrastructure.

• Support and maintain EO/IR systems, ensuring proper functionality and integration.

• Administer Microsoft environments, including Active Directory, to manage user access and system resources.

• Oversee backup systems and ensure data integrity and recovery capabilities.

• Conduct hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs to maintain system reliability.

• Implement and manage configuration management processes to maintain consistency across the network.

• Collaborate with the design team to optimize and expand the network infrastructure.

• Monitor network performance and address potential issues proactively.

• Document network configurations and procedures to maintain comprehensive system records. Requirements • Proven experience working with Cisco routers and related technologies.

• Strong understanding of firewall technologies and their implementation.

• Hands-on experience with EO/IR systems is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in managing Microsoft environments, including Active Directory.

• Familiarity with backup technologies and disaster recovery processes.

• Solid knowledge of computer hardware and system configurations.

• Experience with configuration management tools and practices.
