    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk III to join our team in Midwest City, Oklahoma. This role is 100% onsite. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your accounting expertise in a dynamic environment. The role involves handling various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.

    • Handle billing operations and ensure timely invoice processing.

    • Input and maintain financial data with precision using various accounting systems.

    • Process invoices and verify supporting documents for accuracy.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

    • Navigate and operate accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

    • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting procedures.

    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during financial operations.

    • Generate reports and provide insights on financial transactions as required.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in account reconciliation and managing financial records.

     

    • Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

    • Proficiency in billing and invoice processing.

    • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.

    • Familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
