Description We are looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our retail team on a contract basis for the holiday season. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting premium holiday products while ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting holiday products, including artificial Christmas trees and decorations, while providing expert guidance.

• Foster excitement among customers about the brand and its high-quality offerings.

• Process transactions accurately using online systems and mobile applications such as Square.

• Restock merchandise efficiently and maintain the store's visual standards.

• Perform daily retail operations, including organizing displays and ensuring store cleanliness.

• Assemble and disassemble holiday products, including packaging and loading items for customers.

• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver excellent service.

• Support customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving during their shopping experience. Requirements • Previous retail sales experience, with strong sales and customer service skills.

• Ability to quickly learn about product offerings and store operations through training.

• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

• Proficiency in using iPads and other digital tools.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods.

• Physical ability to lift items up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier items with assistance. TalentMatch®
