Temporary - Sales Coordinator - On-site role

Summary:

Full Time (40 hours per week) **Temporary** needed to support order entry project.

This position would be **on-site** at our Corporate office in New Bremen, Ohio.

Hours are: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with an hour unpaid lunch.

This assignment is expected to last for one year.

Could turn into a full time role.

Duties:

Perform entry and editing for branch and dealer orders.

Review and process orders received from dealers with remote entry systems and convert into orders.

May provide limited dealer support in regard to pricing, shipping date, billing, parts return and product specifications.

May update the company intranet page.

Maintain files on all orders

Requirements:

High School Diploma

Good Typing/Data Entry skills
