    $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (after 90-days) .

     

    Monday -Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

     

    Alternating weekends: Friday 9 a.m. -1 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

     

    Pay: $14.00 per hour, based on education and experience, plus eligible for monthly performance-based incentive opportunity.

     

    Description: Seeking outgoing, enthusiastic individual to call donors and schedule appointments in a fast-paced outbound call center environment. Must demonstrate professional phone etiquette and written and verbal communication skills, with MS Office proficiency and the ability to enter data and navigate web applications.

     

    Requirements: Minimum age of 18 years with high school diploma/equivalent. Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.

     

    Training: Training will be at our Andover location in Lexington.
