Responsibilities for a Senior Business Analyst include but are not limited to:
+ Design test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT) queries to ensure data accuracy
+ Conduct referential integrity checks and validate data flow for various views
+ Assist with testing and documentation of offshore data views
+ Maintain accurate records in data lineage and data catalog tools
+ Document and follow up on data discrepancies and ensure compliance with PHI/PII standards
Candidates for Senior Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ 3+ years of experience writing SQL and working with relational databases
+ Proven experience in user acceptance testing and data validation
+ Understanding of healthcare data privacy standards (PHI/PII)
+ High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
+ High school diploma or GED required

**Pay Details:** $46.00 per hour
