NJ Advance Media is seeking a part-time temporary Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support for key leaders and coordinate activities for the physical office space.
The pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour.
**What you'll be doing** :
+ Assist in the planning and execution of office relocation activities.
+ Handle routine office tasks, such as granting building access for mail and deliveries.
+ Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule building access.
+ Communicate with building manager on janitorial and maintenance requests.
+ Prepare communications (such as memos/emails, invoices, and reports) as needed.
**Our ideal candidate will have the following** :
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum of one yearof experience working in a role as an administrative assistant or similar support role.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
+ Established proficiency in all areas of administrative and clerical functions.
+ Ability to work in a deadline-oriented team environment.
+ Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
