    What you’ll be doing:

    + Acting as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for Epicor-related initiatives.

    + Collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in business processes.

    + Gathering and documenting business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

    + Recommending and implementing improvements or automation where possible.

    + Developing and maintaining BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, Reports, and User Interface customizations.

    + Identifying and troubleshooting system issues.

    + Coordinating and participating in Epicor upgrades, testing, and training activities.

    + Ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls and industry standards.

    + Providing user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

    + Assisting with integrations between Epicor and third-party systems or tools.

    + Performing other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    What we are looking for:

    + High school diploma or GED (required)

    + College diploma or university degree in the field of management information systems, computer information systems, computer science or related field plus 6 years related work experience. (preferred)

    + 3+ years of experience with Epicor ERP

    + Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance

    + Proficient in Epicor tools: BAQ, BPM, SSRS and Dashboards

    + Experience with Epicor Kinetic, cloud (preferred)

    + Knowledge of Epicor Automation Studio, REST API, or Service Connect (preferred)

    + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    + Experience in project management (preferred)
