Job Summary
At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world-class customer service. Currently, we have an opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative to drive outside sales in the Central/Southern Texas region. This critical role will be based in the Central/Southern Texas region and will help continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry.
Primary Duties
Primary Job Duties
+ Define markets and new customers in the Central/Southern Texas sales territory.
+ Plan strategy and develop key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.
+ Use your sales expertise, product knowledge and best-in-class customer service to sell our incredible products and meet customers' needs.
+ Meeting our customers where they are, whether that means traveling to their place of business or creating meaningful connections through excellent communication, strategic thinking and personalized sales interactions.
+ Own the territory and increase sales in the Central/Southern Texas territory.
+ Continue building and maintaining relationships with our existing retailers and dealers, while also prospecting and finding new business.
+ Serve as the main contact for retailers and dealers.
+ Identify and grow opportunities within the Central/Southern Texas territory.
+ Forecast and track key account metrics (KPIs).
Qualifications
+ 3+ years of relevant sales and account management experience
+ Some experience with Technical Knowledge of Aftermarket UTV and ATV parts is strongly preferred
+ Have demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills
+ Must have proven negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
+ Proficient user of MS Office Suite – Intermediate Skills
+ Must be based in the Central/Southern Texas region with the ability to call on customers as needed
Education / Experience
+ A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred
+ 2+ years of previous sales experience in the powersports industry is highly preferred.
+ Travel is required and will be 80% of the time (road warrior).
