    Senior Salesforce Engineer - Project Delivery Specialist - Customer

    Work you'll do/Responsibilities

    + Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and CRM-A.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

    + Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

    + Integrate Salesforce with other systems to enhance contact center operations.

    + Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce applications.

    + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.

    + Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

    + Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

    + Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

    Our Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Customer group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.

    Qualifications

    Required

    + Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

    + 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Engineer

    + 3+ years experience with Salesforce Financial Cloud (FSC)

    + Experience with contact center solutions (Salesforce Service Cloud)

    + Proven success with face-to-face client engagements

    + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

    + Must be able to work onsite in Hartford, CT

    + Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    Preferred

    + Salesforce Certification(s)

    + Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

    + Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

    + Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

    + Excellent Written and Communication Skills

    + Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
