Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Operations Analyst  opportunity available based  in Charleston, SC. Qualified candidates for this job must possess a current DoD Secret security clearance.

This position is contingent upon contract award. Anticipated start date August 2025.

ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES

+ Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies; issue corrected invoices as needed

+ Conduct billing audits, generate reports, and present findings to management

+ Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements

+ Maintain accurate data entry and resolve discrepancies in internal systems

+ Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders via email and phone

+ Monitor process quality and effectiveness; document and escalate areas for improvement

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate information flow

+ Support special projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned

Required QUALIFICATIONS

+ Bachelor’s degree required

+ Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in billing, operations, or data analysis

+ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word

+ Ability to quickly learn and navigate Microsoft Dynamics

+ Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

+ In some occasions, overnight travel may be required.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements.  If this position requires OCONUS travel (listed above), Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil lists applicable current vaccination requirements by location.

Office setting:

+ Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.

+ Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.

+ May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
