Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Logistician, various levels opportunity available in Charleston, SC.
This position is contingent upon contract award. Anticipated start date August 2025.
ROLE RESPONSIBILTIES
+ Demonstrated management skills, to include: Analyzing Contracts, Analyzing System Design Specifications, Analyzing Engineering/Systems Management Data, Developing Logistics Plans and Procedures, and Developing Logistics Management Plans and Guidelines.
+ Areas of expertise: electronic systems, to include: logistics management, principles, practices, and processes.
Required QUALIFICATIONS
+ 6+ years of experience in support of C5ISR systems. Bachelor’s degree.
+ 13+ years if not DAWIA Level 2 certified
+ 10+ years of experience in defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support
+ Professional Logistics Certification – i.e., Defense Acquisition Workforce
+ Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified in Lifecycle (Acquisition) Logistics Level 2 preferred.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
+ In rare occasions, overnight travel may be required.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements. If this position requires OCONUS travel (listed above), Vaccine Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil lists applicable current vaccination requirements by location.
+ Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
+ Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.
+ May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
