    Job Summary

    The Membership Manager connects with families and community members to inspire new memberships, identify and engage volunteers, and expand Girl Scouting across a designated territory. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about building relationships and creating inclusive opportunities for youth. This individual will attend and host events in-person and virtually, build partnerships with schools and community organizations across a designated territory, and directly influence the growth and success of Girl Scouting in your area.

    Job Qualifications

    Experience in sales, membership, recruitment of volunteers, or account management preferred. A Bachelor’s degree will be considered. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. This position requires working an average of 2-4 evenings per week during peak recruitment season with extensive travel within the designated territory.
