Individual Funds Specialist -** **_This position offers the opportunity to work primarily remote!_

Starting Salary: $40,000 - $45,000/annually

As a valued member of our finance and account management team, you’ll ensure that the people we support have access to the financial services they need—ethically, transparently, and compassionately.

As a key member of our finance team, you will:

+ Oversee and audit individual fund accounts to ensure compliance and responsible use.

+ Coordinate fund activities according to financial plans and consent forms.

+ Act as a Representative Payee Designee and manage pre-paid bank card programs.

+ Track deposits, assist with opening trusts (special needs, burial), and manage finances during end-of-life care.

+ Review and process personal spending requests while maintaining thorough records.

+ Reconcile accounts and ledgers, verify balances, and resolve inconsistencies.

+ Monitor asset limits to protect benefit eligibility and report required information to benefit agencies like the SSA.

+ Support external audits and report any suspected financial misuse.

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s Degree with account management experience preferred.

+ Proficiency in accounting, intermediate to advanced computer skills, and familiarity with accounting applications preferred.

+ Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources.

+ Current driver's license in good standing, car registration, and auto insurance if driving on behalf of the Company.
