    How to Apply

A cover letter and resume are important submissions for the hiring team to get a sense of your experience. In the cover letter, in two pages or less, please let us know how this role aligns with your career aspirations and skill set. Submit both a cover letter and resume as one file (because of system limitations). Please also address why this role within Wolverine Pathways (WP) is a good fit for you.

    Job Summary

The University of Michigan Wolverine Pathways is a supplementary college preparatory program serving scholars in grades 7 through 12 who reside in Ypsilanti, Detroit, Southfield, and Grand Rapids. As a Program Coordinator, you will develop and administer programming and field events, and also design a system of incentives to build community among WP scholars, support their engagement with WP, and cultivate their sense of identity as Wolverine Pathways scholars. We are looking for candidates with experience engaging youth in interactive activities.

You will report directly to the Senior Program Manager, and this position is hybrid, requiring work on-site in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You will work on some Saturdays as the program schedule requires.
